3D펜이 안나와서 질문 남깁니다.

21년 9월 즈음에 3D팬을 사용 중인 대학생입니다. 전공 공부 때문에 바빠서 자주 쓰진 못하지만 한 달에 한 번 씩은 사용하고 있었습니다. 마침 오늘 쓸 일이 있어서 사용하려고 했는데 갑자기 이 친구가 안나오지 뭡니까..? 그래서 동봉된 사용 설명서를 읽어보니 AS를 신청하거나 문의를 하라고 하여 AS를 찾아보다가 페이지 UI에 AS라는 항목이 없는건지.. 못찾아서 이렇게 서면으로 문의 남깁니다.

2, AS 보증기간은 어디서 어떻게 확인하나요?
