 안녕하세요. 먼저 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 전원이 꺼지는 문제는 케이블 혹은 본체의 전원연결부분에 문제가 있는 것 같습니다. 


케이블을 변경해보시거나 아니면 본체의 전원부분으로 확인해보셔야 할 것 같습니다.

20~30분 사용하면 갑자기 전원이 꺼집니다.  그 후 잠시 기다리면 다시 사용할 수 있게 됩니다만 20~30분 사용하면 또 끊어집니다.  원인은 무엇입니까?
